Some of these are led by members and some by visiting speakers Topics include such diverse interests as:  Art, Current Affairs, Environmental matters, Geology, Global Cultures, Languages, Music, Science, Travel and much else.

Meetinigs are held in the Studio at Theatr Brycheiniog, Canal Wharf, Brecon and start at 10.30am (coffee is available from 10.00am) and finish by 12.15pm. Afternoon sessions start at 1.15pm.

In addition to the programmed meetings, members organise Special Interest Groups which meet at various venues and on other days of the week.

Currently these include: Armchair Travel, Family History, French Conversation, Literature - including Playreading, Music Appreciaition, Music and Dance, Painting, Gardening, Walking.

Annual Membership is £15.00 payable on Registration (cheques should be made payable to Brecon U3A) - and there is a 50p charge at each session at the Theatre to cover the rental.
